Campaign Email Issue

Hi,

We are having a few issues when trying to send out campaign emails?

The email are displayed in the queue however they dont move, when you click on 'send emails' a new page loads displaying one of 2 error messages.

Either 7777777 or 7777

Any help would be much appreciated?

Hi Mark

Let us know some additional details:
Web server name and version (Apache/IIS);
Database name and version (MySQL/MS SQL Server);
SugarCRM flavor and version (CE/PRO/ENT);
Did you install any other package or upgrade patch?
Did you customize any module/script?

Thanks for the response.

We are running Apache, MySQL, Sugar Pro V5.1.0a and we have made no other changes.

From what I gather, this information should be entered in the first form prior to this, and then it gets automatically entered in here.

Try adding it to the first form.

Once you get passed this, you'll probably encounter another error.
