Missing sender name in email campaigns.

I've configured my "From Name" in my email marketing and double checked my email settings. In Outlook it received as <<unknown sender>> in Gmail it only displays the first word of the sender name.

The Sugar CRM Community edition (Version 5.0.0e (Build 3276) ) was recently reinstalled by the host, but this aspect was working fine before the install and data migration.

I've found one forum post with a simllar problem without any response or support.

Left hanging and very appreciative of any help or advice.

Problem solved. I compared the pre-migtration settings under the Admin/InBound Email/Email Handling Options. The "From Address" was blank in the new install. It didn't automatically assume the default if left blank. Once an address was added the entire sender name appeared in test to Outlook.

FYI- I've not found the support and community help provided by the SugarCRM community to be of any use. I will begin looking for an alternative product and certainly would never recommend the community edition to any non-profit peers.
