Campaign Email Template URLs

I have a newsletter and I have created an Email Template.

On there is a link back to my website: www.example.com

I try settinging the link to both www.example.com and http://www.example.com

The email sent out messes up the URL. Also after it sends if I go back into the Campaign and edit the email template the URL is stripped:
so the http://www.example.com turns into ..//

This does not occur when the link is external, only when the link back to my own website.

This is probably going to require some hands-on assistance. I recently helped someone with a similar scenario and there wasn't anything about the configuration of the installation itself that was the problem and required some behind-the-scenes/backend analysis.

BTW, do you have access to the backend? If so, check your campaign_trkrs table to ensure the tracker links are stored correctly.
