When we send a campaign, the only views recorded are from within our own LAN. If someone on a different network opens the message, the view is not recorded, though link tracking is working fine. I verified that the 1x1 pixel image is in the mail, and also that our site_url is correct and accessible from outside. I can even download the 1x1 image manualy by placing the uri in my browser and retreiving it (from outside our LAN), but still no view recorded.
