Campaign emails not being received in outlook

Campaign emails are no longer being received in outlook. These emails aren't being received at all, not even in a junk folder. I've checked via 'test' emails and 'scheduled' emails and neither are received. Mail does go to gmail and hotmail via these routes.

Sending a simple email works, but the email always ends up in in the Junk folder.

Started this issue in July, one month ago.

Initially thought it was limited to Outlook 2010, but won't work for Outlook 2003 either.

A test via a friend showed mail received thru pop3 worked but didn't work thru an exchange.

Suggestions/explanations please. I'm wondering how many customers won't get my emails.

If the mails are leaving your mail server, it means it should not be an issue on sugar.
Maybe your mail address/domain could have arrived in some black list (once you probably send it to many customers), then your mails could be filtered before arrive.
