    Hello all,

    I would really appreciate your help on the issue below.

    The server runs on:
    Windows XP SP3
    Sugar Community Edition 5.2.0f
    Apache/2.0.63 (Win32)
    PHP/5.2.9-2 Server
    MySQL Server 5.1
    Mdaemon as email server


    My email server is working perfectly. I can use both POP3 and web access and my mx entries are all just fine.

    From SugarCRM when i use the SugarCRM email client to send/manage emails everything works great.

    But when I create a campaign, after I've created a subscription list that contains 2-3 contacts with email addresses, no email has ever been delivered.

    I have made the settings from the Email Settings in the Admin panel. I use my own SMTP and POP3 server.

    There is also a big chance that I'm doing something wrong in the campaign setup. I've read a lot but I'm confused. If someone could be so kind to tell me the basic steps of creating a newsletter or email campaing I'd be more than grateful.

    Thank you very much, once again.

    I managed to succesfully send the test emails of a campaign succesfully. SugarCRM is really wonderfull.

    Although I didn't manage to send the actual emails of the campaign. Please check the screenshots below and tell me what am I doing wrong:

    Send Email: This function works like send test except for 2 difference. first, it deals with default list and applies the exemption lists, second, messages are not sent immediately instead they are queued for sending. The "Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns" job described in step 2 takes the queue as its input and sends messages. if the schedulers are not configured you can use "Mass Email Manager" option from Admin panel to send messages manually.
    How do I setup the "Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns"? Also at the Admin panel there is no "Mass Email Manager".

    Please I need your help.

    check you Campaign schedule type (sample test mail or schedule)

    If you mean if ithe Campaing type is a Newsletter, Mail, Email, Television, Web etc., then the type of the campaign is "Email". If this is not what you mean, then where can I find the Campaign schedule type?
