Re: Campaign emails not sending, test works fine
On the first question, I need you to clarify that you have a default target list set up as well as your test list (i.e. you should have at least 2 lists in your target list subpanel, one of type 'test' and one of type 'default). I ask because test emails get sent to the test list, actual email sending gets sent to the default list.
On my third question, I might have confused you a little, so let me explain. If your emails are set to be sent at a future time, then they will not be sent until that time. If the time is current or passed, then the email will send immediately. I didn't mean that you should switch it to the future.
And no, your cron doesn't need to be in sync - Sugar knows to execute jobs that have passed within the time frame between this cron run and the last cron run. I can furthermore tell you that this isn't a cron problem, because cron has nothing to do with adding emails to the email queue, just sending them out from the queue, so if they're not getting added then the problem is occurring before that.
If you do have a default list and you're still not seeing any emails, you can check your campaign status and a graph should show up displaying certain campaign actions such as 'messages sent/attempted'. There's a button to remove all test entries in there, so if you click that button and you've got no entries in this column, then at least you know that sugar isn't even trying to send emails. If there are entries, then sugar is firing the code to send an email, but there's a bug thats preventing the email from entering your queue.
