    Default Campaign Failing

    We have created a campaign and set up the cron jobs. When I look at the mass email queue I see about 222 items with "in process" = 1. If I select any (or all) for deletion, the popup declares "are you sure you want to delete the (0) selected records", and I cannot delete anything.

    Also, looking at the sugarcrm.log, I see repeated entries like this:

    I am not sure
    a) how to clear (delete) the queue
    b) force a manual send of these queued messages NOW
    c) correct the problem in the quoted log: the email is valid...

    1. It will show "Are you sure you want to delete the (0) selected records?" in the alert. But clicking ok will delete the queued items.

    2. You can click on the "Send Queued Emails" to force emails in the queue to be sent manually.

    3. Make sure this is happening for all emails or only that particular email

    Thank you, but the delete button was not working when I selected ALL. I got it to work by only selecting one page at a time.

    What I really need to know is regarding the error in the sugarcrm.log; I see these again today...
