We have created a campaign and set up the cron jobs. When I look at the mass email queue I see about 222 items with "in process" = 1. If I select any (or all) for deletion, the popup declares "are you sure you want to delete the (0) selected records", and I cannot delete anything.
Also, looking at the sugarcrm.log, I see repeated entries like this:

I am not sure
a) how to clear (delete) the queue
b) force a manual send of these queued messages NOW
c) correct the problem in the quoted log: the email is valid...
