Really need more detail in order to help ... can you post an image of the problem or give us more detail of the processes that create the issue?

I BET you recently upgraded to Patch "j". If this is the case ask Sugar - the same happened to a customer of mine who is on Express (the paid Sugar open source version...) and all of a sudden his popups and the html editor came up blank. Go figure...
