    Hi,

    I have noticed that ever since I had SugarCRM, I've had my bounced emails nad opt-out addresses show up twice each in the campaign status view. This goes back to 4.2 up to 4.5.0f.

    The list of "attempted emails" is ok, so is the "viewed message" and "click-thru" list. But "Opted-out" has two entries for each name (mike@test.com, mike@test.com, foo@bar.ca, foo@bar.ca". They also count everything double in the little graph at the top.

    Is this a known bug, or is my DB corrupted?

    Yes - I have seen this as well - so I do not think it is just you.

    Hello mgaudette,

    The Opt-outs occuring twice is definitely a bug. Dont worry, your DB is not corrupted. The campaign logs the opt out twice when an email campaign is sent to a target who has opted out previously.
