Campaign list view gone after upgrade to 4.5

Upgraded Sugar from one server to another, from 4.0.1e to 4.5.0f.

There were numerous campaigns that are now not visible when you click on Campaigns. Whether in the Campaign List or as a result of a Campaign search, none appear to select from.

However, they're all still in the system as I can get to campaigns through the "Last Viewed" section.

How do I fix this so that they're visible in the Campaign List?

Did you try any of the rebuild tools in the admin panel?
