Campaign Mail not sending out with Fatal Error when forced

I have a campaign that I am running but I have noticed that the cron job is not processing the emails and when I force the email cue, I am given a long pause where the site is apparently "waiting for te server' and then I get this error

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home2/[user]/public_html/crm/modules/EmailTemplates/EmailTemplate.php on line 237

Had a look in the EmailTemplate.php but cant see any options to increase the wait time....

Can I schedule an activity to automatically send my emails when there is emails in the queue so I don't have to reproduce the operation a thousand of time to send my 250 emails?
