I have a problem with the mail function in the campaign module of sugar. While trying to get sugar to cooperate with our rmail server (some header fields wrong), something happened (i.e. we did sth) so that there is nothing happening at all anymore when sending through email marketing.

The sent mail is queued up and then manually released (via admin) from the queue - but there is no mail arriving, no log entry in the mail log and so on...

This might not give enough information for help, but I don't even know how to get more information. Where would smtp errors be logged? Where is the smtp server configured? Which parts of the email configuration in the admin do affect the email marketing?

We are using sugar 4.2.0d on a suse 10.1 linux, with apache 2.2.0, mysql 5.0.18 and php 5.1.2
