    Default Campaign / Mailbox

    Hey People,

    iŽve got a big problem regarding the inbound mailbox configuration of the campaign module. The system is not showing me my configured mailboxes in the email marketing record setup. the pull down only displays " no mailbox" i have made some mailboxes in admin, but they are not chooseable.

    can anyone hlep me, please?

    Hey rob,

    Don't panic, your mailboxes will be only visible in the email marketing template while using campaign module, if you have set the possible actions to bounce handling.

    Ok,

    iŽve got another problem, i thought the mailbox thing was the problem but it turned out, that the server did not sent any of the mails. my admiin is a clever guy, and the other mailing options (meeting emails) are working. any ideas?
