campaign not sending out v4.2.1d

i made a campaign. added target list, tracker URL, and email marketing. my inbound mailbox is working fine. i've done all the steps on making a campaign.

but when i clicked on the send emails button, the campaign didn't send to my target list. it didn't even go to the message queue.

what am i missing here? any help would be appreciated. thanks.

If you're using that old a version I would first suggest an upgrade! at least to 4.5.1

Hopefully one of the old pro's from a couple years ago that remember 4.2.1 will be able to help you,
