    Default Campaign only sending one email

    I set up a target list with a few contacts, and when I send the email, it only sends to the first contact and ignores the rest.

    Next time I try to send the same list, it tries to send the first one again, but now puts it in the suppressed list. Every time after that, (running the same list in the same campaign), it stops on that same first name and won't advance. By deleting the first name, it does the same with the second name and the process repeats.

    Any ideas? Tried everything and nothing seems to work.

    Are you using the scheduler or are you sending from the admin>email queue?

    Using the scheduler. Tried it with both default and test lists and get the same result. I set the scheduler up to poll every minute to process the list during testing. I see it in the queue, and then it gets processed. Also tried using send queued campaign emails with the same result.

    Tried a totally clean install (via installatron) and get the same result, only the first target email goes out, the rest are ignored.

    Is there any way to see the result of the sql query as to the target list? I'm wondering if for some reason, only one record is getting returned by MySQL.

    Ran the debug log and only the first email address shows up.

    How could a fresh install exhibit the exact same behavior? First record of target list in campaign perfect, then ignores the rest.

    II have exactly the same issue.

    I am running on a local host / desktop.

    Independent of the setting send date “e-mail marketing” – whether in the past or future - al the e-mails are rerooted to the queue. Resending “send queue messages” from the queue, they will be send only one by one.

    For one or more e-mails, the status flag “pending” is changing to pending. After resetting to not pending, same issue.[/SIZE]

    I'm experiencing the same issue - only one email is sent from a cmapaign target list.

    Hi!
    Check whether mails are there in Queued mail , if yes 1) check mail id's are valid or not 2) check scheduler for outbound mail is running properly

    If your server is hosted by third party , request for support , that mails are not going from your SugarCRM application ,
    check out on that server , is there any email sending limitation .

    Huff huff ,,, too many suggestions ,

    Yes, I'm trying to be as systematic as I can.

    In the email queue, I should see every individual email address in the target list, right?

    if mail is not going out it should be there in email queue , Yes you have got it correct
