Campaign response data reliability ?

I noticed the following:

- Click-through hits by people not in "viewed messages" -hits
- replies to mails from people not in "viewed messages" -hits

Could be clicks e.g. through preview pane in Outlook, although it registered a "viewed message" when previewing my own test messages with my Outlook ?

Ideas ? In what circumstances viewed messages are not registered ?

Hello Mekanek,

within each html campaign email is a hidden pixel. Within Outlook or other email clients, many times, images are hidden and you must 'download' the images. When you 'download' the image, then the email is registered as being read.
