    Default Campaign Revenue

    Hi Guys,

I am now looking at using the campaign module in sugar but not with sending emails. I want to track basic information on campaigns though it. I have created a target list from Leads....Converted some leads to Won and entered in the revenue generated from these leads but in the ROI of that campaign i can not see the revenue or how many opportinutes won from it. Any ideas? Any one know were the revenune information is picked up from in sugar?

    Thanks,

    Jonny

    Hi Jonny,

The ROI feature of the Campaigns displays 4 values:

    -Revenue
    -Investment
    -Budget
    -Expected Revenue

The Investment, Budget, and Expected Revenue fields are all pulled off of the fields with the same name in the Campaign Details. These are fields that you have to manually populate yourself.

The Revenue field pulls from the Opportunities module. It will only display the total amount of any Closed Won Opportunities that are linked to your specific Campaign (there is a Campaign field on the Opps module).

    Hi Jonny,

the code looks at the database value of 'Closed Won'. So if you just changed the label name from 'Closed Won' to 'Won', this should still work.
