I am on sugar 6.

Created a campaign with opt out link and tracker.

sent out the test and everything 100%

but then when i open the mail , click on the link and then opt out. everything from the mails side works, but in sugar we only pick up the click thrue link and the opted out.

Nothing by message read?viewed?

any ideas?
