    Default Campaign Sends Out Two Emails per Contact

    Good morning all,
    I have been doing campaigns for a while now however, with the last one I sent out, each contact and lead received the email twice. Has anyone experienced this similar problem before? I do not want the same thing to happen again in my future campaigns as it might annoy most of my recipients, receiving duplicate emails. Thanks for your time.

    It is likely that the 1st try to send out a batch of emails failed (or was not completed until the 2ns try), and then the 2nd try started. How many emails did you try to send?

    I only tried to send out one email per recipient. What happened was this, I sent out a campaign then after 10-15 minutes I noticed that the campaign wasn't sending out any email as they were all stuck in queue. The next step I took was go into admin, manage email queue. I placed a % sign under recipient name to filter out all those without email addresses and then I clicked on send queued campaign emails.

    Anyone every have a solution for this. I am seeing multiple (3 to 8) dupes when I send out a campaign. This didn't happen before I upgraded to v4.5.1,a but this post looks old enough not to make that an issue...
