Campaign show Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

Hello after upgrade to 4;5;1f campaign shows:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/crm/include/utils.php on line 1285

and i cannot use install module for language can anyone help me

I'm trying to install a custom cases dashlet - my first, and got this when I loaded the dashlet.

Any ideas?
