    Default Campaign status

    Hi
    I have a customer who ran a wee email campaign (to 47 leads) and had a question about the campaign status results screen.

    The campaign recorded nine views. No bounces, no opt-outs, or suppressions. Yet the list of Leads displays eleven entries.

    From what I gather, the Accounts, Leads and Opportunities lists display converted targets, leads and opportunities that occurred during the campaign. There were, however, no conversions during this campaign.

    Any ideas why the eleven leads might appear as they do ?

    Sounds like someone might have manually entered (or imported) leads into the leads module and inadvertently set the Campaign field to the name of the campaign in question.

    Wow, didn't expect a response so soon...cheers

    Your suggestion makes total sense.
    They probably added/created these leads on the go while creating the campaign.

    Well I just checked the details for the nine who officially viewed the campaign
    email and their campaign field is blank, whereas for the eleven that appear in
    the Leads section, their campaign field contains the correct campaign name.

    Wierd or confusing, I'm not sure which
