campaign status page sub panel navigation button

I have started getting Campaigns rolling and the status subpanels are filling up. on the Bounced messages,Other (send error) panel the navigation buttons don't work. They work on other panels in this page, not all panels have enough posts to see if they work or not. I can print the offset for the other panel buttons but when I click on the 'send error' panel nothing happens. in the mysql log i see that the query is run but the offset never changes so I always get the same list of 20. Does anyone have a clue?
