Dear all,
I have started a campaign last night of about 6000 prospects, it ran Ok for about one our and suddenly stopped.
I checkked the mail log file and yes some problem occured with the mail server which was responding temporary fail, try again later. When I got in the office I checked and resolved the mailserver problem, changed the scheduler to run during the day, but nothing happens, I have 3600 email queued and even when I click on send queued emails, nothing happens.
All Emails in the queue are tagged in process and 1 send attempt.
Can someone please tell me what I need to do to recover from this lock-up.
