Campaign sub panels navigation, wrong totals

When ever I open an Email Campaign and look at the Status View, it opens with the 'Filter Charts by' set to None.
When I open a Newsletter Campaign it always opens with the 'Filter Charts by' set to the latest E-marketing. (in this case there are many in the list) When this happens, at first, all the information looks correct until I click on the navigation buttons. The navigation buttons behave as if the Filter is set to None and the total for each panel changes to the total rows for that panel for the entire campaign, not just the E-marketing that is displayed in the filter. (see image attached). If I change the Filter, the problem goes away until I leave this Status View.
