Campaign - Target Lists - Search By Custom Field

Hello,

I have added to Contacts a custom multi select field - Classification.

When I go to a campaign and create a target list I want to be able to add Contacts to that list based on the classification.

So I create the target list, open it. Click on "Select" by Contacts and it opens a search screen.

I am using Sugar 5.2.0a

I have 2 questions about this search screen.

1. How can I add the custom field to it? I have (through the Admin > Studio) added classification to both Basic Search and Advanced search under the contacts layouts>search.

2. When I get results, I get say "Display 1-20 of 307 results). How can I say, I want all of these. If I click the checkbox at the top of the list it only adds the 20 displayed, not all 307.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

This issue is still causing me trouble.

Oddly, I appeared to have it working this morning. Then, after making some changes to the layout of the Notes edit screen I did a full repair and rebuild and now it's gone again?!? I can't work out what I changed that would have made it appear/leave. As the Contacts Search page is the same as it has always been...

How can I make the contacts target list select search include my custom multi-select field?

The magic is in modules/_MODULE_/metadata/popupdefs.php , in the 'searchdefs' array.

the good solution is install plugin power propest list, would solve you problem.
