Campaign Tracker won't decode - issue with accented tracker names?

I'm struggling with campaign trackers in 5.2.0e. I found a few similar forum threads: 49596, 46103. However, in my case SugarCRM does not duplicate the site_url, but it fails to decode the tracker.

Issue #1: Failed to decode tracker url, leaving < a href = " {some tracker} " > some text < / a > in the email (i.e. that would link to e.g. http://webmail.recipient.com/{some tracker}).

Issue #2: Added another tracker {new tracker}. That new tracker was decoded correctly, but the old tracker {some tracker} in the email was erroneously pointed to {new tracker}'s URL.

These errors may be related to having non-ASCII characters in the tracker label. Example: {hűtőgép szervíz}. I changed to lower-case latin tracker names without spaces like mytracker1 etc. and the problems seem to be fixed.

However, I would be really glad if someone else could test and confirm these issues with/without accented tracker names.

in the past, we have found that the tracker url will generate a dead link if it contains any 'special' characters: '!@;-* etc. Because the tracker name itself is internal, best to give it a simple name without any of those characters.
