Running SugarCRM CE 6.0 MSSQL FastStack.

Which tracking files (which directory are they - there seem to be a few) do I put on public side and how do I point them to my PC. I do not have a public IP address. Localhost = 127.0.0.1 and public side is www.mydomain.com/sugarcrm.

I tried methods given in Wiki but they do not work.
