campaign "view status" results not correct

Hi,

I am using SugarCRM 4.0. Yesterday, I did send emails to a target list, 22 enteires (type default) and send test to test list, 5 enteries (type test). On viewing status, it is showing that the mail has been sent to 34 enteries (note that the send test details were deleted). When I click on the next button to view the entire list to whom the message was delivered (view status --> Message sent/attempted), it shows error of following type.

I am not sure how to handle this problem. Can somebody please help me in figuring out what should be done to rectify this problem.
