Campaign weird behaviour after 4.5 upgrade

On sending our first Mailshot Campaign since the upgrade from 4.2.1b to 4.5b we are getting some strange things happening!

We heard from some of our Clients this morning to say, thanks for the mail, but why did you send it to me 10 times!

We also had 147 people 'opt out' of the List, good news, since we have never got this working to our internal Mailserver yet, (though I am following the guide on setting this up at the moment). Unfortunately, the opt outs were all from the same internal User here at our premises and she swears she never sent the opt out message at all!

Please advise on this as we need to send out another list tonight and at the moment I am very reluctant to allow this to go ahead!

Any ideas anybody?
