    Default Campaign Wizard Message: Scheduler has not been set up to process Campaign Emails.

    Hi,

    When running the Capaign wizard the following message is given:

    Scheduler has not been set up to process Campaign Emails.

    The cron job is active, and running confirmed by hosting company.

    Schedule jobs are active.

    So why do I get the error message?

    Version of SugarCrm Community is Version 5.5.1 (Build 1202)
    PHP: 5.2.13
    MySQL: 5.0.90-community-log

    Everything seems to be in place, so why this message.

    At what point in the process do you get this message?

    Hi,

    I get the message after selecting either Newsletter, Email or Non-email based Campaign, then Next. The next screen has the message.

    You have to set up an inbound email box in the Admin area that has bounce handling

    Hi,

    Inbound has been set-up, deleted and created again. Still getting error message.

    Please find attached screen shots from the scheduler. As you can see the jobs are running.

    What checks are being carried out by the script to give the message?

    Everything looks correct. I have experienced trouble with the cache in sugar, you may want to do a rebuild/repair and check it again.. otherwise, I'm at a loss

    Thank you for your help. Appreciated. Everything seems in working order, very frustrating. Special when you have deadlines to meet and only excuses to give people.

    Shame that Sugar do not provide greater support. I wonder how many sales they lose due to lack of support for the community version.
