Campaigns Authorization Error

I have created an email campaign and everything was sent out without issue, when I go to view the status however, I am not able to view the detail. The bar graph shows how many people it got sent to, how many people viewed it, etc. but if I try to click on one of the detail areas such as "Viewed Message" I get the following error.

"Error retrieving record. You may not be authorized to view this record."

Not only did I create the campaign, but I am the administrator. It is clear that the data is there, but I am unable to view it. Any help would be most appreciated, here is the details of my setup.

Mac OS 10.3.9
Sugar Enterprise 4.2.1a
Apache 1.3.33
PHP 4.3.11
MySQL 4.1.18

Got the same Problem Sugar OS 4.5.0h / Windows 2003 Server. Any ideas how to fix it??
