I am brand new to Sugar and have read most of the documentation and hope i have the right forum section. Our company has a series of dealers we want to manage, so we have set them all up as accounts with contacts, we then want to have are service desk make outbound calls to sell different services to our dealers. So i need to figure out the best way to accomplish this with sugar, so that i can get two things one is to give each agent a Trigger to call (activity or lead) that particular dealer then based on the outcome the agent fills in we can track how well the outbound initiative did. I am just not sure which method is the best aproach or if sugar will let me have both.
