Campaigns Module. Anyone have success using it?

Hi,

I have spend 3 days arround the Campaigns Module and untill now I can't send e-mails at all.

Maybe I have miss something, but I have read all the documentation...

Please vote in this Poll. I want to know if it is my problem.

Can you describe the steps you are following in Campaigns module?
We and our customers join Campaigns module and it works pretty fine.

I've seen it working and it works fine. It's really a pain to set-up if you've never seen it before, but that's because it's such a powerful tool (and, somewhat, because the system had to work exactly like Contacts/Accounts/etc work). You really have to dig in the documentation and then it will be wonderful.

Here I have the E-mails in Queue. I tryed to send a Test Email here, but nothing happens.





The diagnostic is OK





I have cron jobs configurated.





The last question in red in picture.




Maybe something is missing me, but I have tried all and no success.

Hi, André.

What happen when you click on "Send Queued Campaigns Emails"? Aren´t the campaigns sent?
Did you tried to run the php cron.php by yourself? What happen? Does it return any error message? Check in the error_log of apache if there are any error message from php after trying to run the script by hand.
About your last question: Yes, it should.

It is solved. The problem was one check in SSL on SMTP configuration, The server have not implemented SSL on SMTP...

So many time wasted in this simple tak, apparently. My fault only.

And Yes, now it works
