I'm new to this community and I have a small problem that I have not come to solve. I searched the forum and knowledge base and found nothing.

SugarCE version 6.2.0RC1
php version php-5.3.6-3.

my problem is very simple, I have no errors, no errors appear in and log or anything similar. create a campaign to send mails for example 10, we changed the scheduled task to run it all between 1 and 20 hours for testing. and everything works perfect, it leaves the post at the tail end.

if we go to the Admin -> e-mail queue and execute the queue, sends all perfect, but through the queue scheduled task does not run. cron is up and running

if you run php-f cron.php is executed without errors but does not send the e-mails.

the truth is it's very strange that manually send each and reach their audience properly but through the cron.php file do not.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

we have tried to run with 777 permissions but even so, no permissions error, nothing.
