Can customers update their profile info

Is there a module or way I can send an email asking customers / contacts to review and update their profile information: Name, Address, email, phone numbers, etc....

Such a customer self service portal is included in SugarCRM Enterprise and Ultimate editions.
For other editions you could do something like this:

• create a script that offers a HTML page with input fields to change personal data
• using REST/SOAP interface you could fill that fields with data from Sugar and store the new values from the fields in Sugar
• to inform the users that they should use this page you could send a campaign email including a link to that script

Maybe there is a solution available in SugarForge. I didn't check.
