Can google maps be integrated in to sugarcrm

Hello,
I am using Sugarcrm community version 5.2.e version. I would like to integrate the google maps in to sugarcrm. Is this possible?

I have two simple links to google maps in my 5.2 installation which are build in a logic hook and point to the two addresses of the account resp. the contact.

but this does not work. the map just hovers over United Kingdom! Can you advise how can we change it to respond according to Account addresses?

For persons (Leads, Prospects, Contacts) take the default

http://maps.google.com?q={primary_address_country}, {primary_address_postalcode} {primary_address_city}, {primary_address_street}&output=embed

For companies (Accouts) take

http://maps.google.com?q={billing_address_country}, {billing_address_postalcode} {billing_address_city}, {billing_address_street}&output=embed
