Can I Change the Leads search form

I have leads of > 50,000 contacts. I created a custom field called "Industry" which I can put it as a search criterion in the search form in Leads module.

Now I want to create email campaign and want to import data from lead to target list in order to send the email campaign to specific "industry" group that I created in leads. However, when I'm going to put leads to target list, I am not able to search using "Industry" field. Is there any solution that we can edit the Leads search form in "Target" module.......
