Can I describe the relationships?

I have a Companies module and a Golf Courses module. When I pull up a golf course record, I see the list of related companies but I don't know whether they are owners, vendors, consultants, etc.. Is there a way to include a drop-down or text field specifying how one record is related to another?

I think you can do this via Studio. You would need to custom field first for the module that is the "child" and then you would need to create a Relationship link betweent the two

Thanks for the quick reply. I have it set up that way now and the Company type does show up in the Golf Courses subpanel, but the type is always the same for any associated Golf Course since it is set in the Companies table.

The problem I'm having is that a company may be an owner of one golf course, hired to manage another, and acting as an operations consultant on a third. Is there any way to show the specific relationship in the subpanel? I'm guessing the answer is no (without major mods) but I thought I'd check with the experts before moving on to the next issue.
