Can i send marketing mail's to Accounts?

Hi to everyone:

One of our cliente want to send Campaign's email marketing to their accounts, it´s for their use of sugar, their bussines rules, i made the many-to-many relationship, put the accounts on the target, but the account don´t recives the email, is there any posibility to implement a solution to that?

You could program a custom action on your marketing mail module that read all your accounts mails and send a mail to it based in the mail template related to your marketing mail.

Basically you will need these steps.
1. Select all related accounts
2. Get mail infos: subject, body, sender.
3. Instanciate an object to send the mails (Some PhpMailer class)
4. Loop over all accounts and send the mails

From Release 6.0 on Accounts are standard in the target lists. Just add the accounts to the target lists and they are part of the campaign. Should be sufficient. Since you had to do it yourself I assume you are on an older release.
