Can I unpatch?

Oh man, I'm stuck!

I'm trying to install VoiceRD. I've found a lot of documentation but I'm totally confused at this point.
I saw that you have to patch your system first so have done that, I think.

Upgrade Steps:
1: System Checks Complete
2: Upload an upgrade: In Progress
3: Preflight Check
4: Commit Upgrade
5: Debrief

It's been sitting like this for quite a long time. What should I do next? I was thinking that perhaps I need to unpatch but I don't see any such options. I thought it had completed once so I went to look for the module but it's not in the module tools area. Perhaps it's already installed and I've run the install twice and breaking it now? No idea, so, where do I go from here?

Looks like it took but for some reason, keeps showing that it's installing.

Oh well, so much for this question, on to configuring.
