can i use different colours?

Hi,

i've just started using sugar crm. i wanted to knowif it's possible to allocate different colours to the different status options? So for example, all tasks that are 'in progres' are displayed in one colour, and all tasks that are 'completed' are displayed in another colour.

Is this possible?

yeah, it's possible with customizations, not out of the box.

This customization really is possible, but perhaps not upgrade safe.

You must modify the function get_list_view_data into modules/Tasks/Task.php

What you can do if you do not want to modify sugar extensively is to add a custom widget with e.g. a traffic light that you show in front of the case. This might show color coded what the status if an item is. Define a custom widget in include/generic/widgets and use that in e.g. a SubPanel
