Can Leads Be Connected To Calls?

Can it happen?

I would like to put in a call, and then when that certian job is finnished he signs off on it, and then its connected to to lead detailing what he has done instead of getting a phone call to see what happend.

Can somebody help me.

Hello,

I'm not sure what you want exactly but it is possible to create a call linked to a lead. You can do it in a Lead with the subpanel "Activities" and "Schedule call" button.
