Can not delete created module

Greetings All. Not sure of exact versions other than running 5.0.0b installed from rPath Linix Installer 4.5.1d ISO and then upgraded to 5.0.0b.

I created a couple of "test" modules using the module builder to experiment with system extensions. Both attempts would not load data. I was able to create multiple fields and add them to both edit and detail layouts, they deployed fine, but I received error when I attempted to add data to the fields. What has me perplexed is I deleted the created modules from within the module builder, but they are still showing up in the tabs across the top and in the studio section. Any input into what is going on would be appreciated.

Hw did you try to delete the created modules?
Which errors when you tried to insert data into them?
