Can not download or View Documents

I am currently running the latest sugarcrm community version and everything works except that I can not seem to download the documents that I have uploaded in the document section.

When I click on a document I get this error:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'include/logging.php' (include_path='/home/sjcon/public_html/sjcrm/include/..:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/sjcon/public_html/sjcrm/download.php on line 15


Can anyone suggest how to fix this issue.

Have you made any modifications to the code, installed any custom modules or used Studio for modifications?

Did this work before ... if so ... what changes have you made between then and now .... there's always a reason why code breaks ... we just need more of a clue :-)
