Can not edit User name!

I just finished installing SugarCRM 5.0 on my web hosting site. The Sugar install successfully and I can log in as administrator . Create a new employee is OK . But when you click on User Management\User\Edit I can't edit user name. The return error is below

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /CRM/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.41 Server at www.websitename.com Port 80

Please help me !!!

Hi!

This seems to be a problem in the access rights to the file index.php, which can be found at the root of your installation directory.

You should try to add the rights : read/write to this file for the Sugar user, using chmod.
