Can not get Studio to add Fields

hi, I m new to Sugar Community edition. I am trying to add fields to dropdown, I go to studio, click Leads, add text, label it and save. I go back to the lead form but field is not there.

I have tried this for text, drop downs. For drop down, I create the drop down first, go to lead add field, select dropdown, select the one I made, label and save and it does not show.

Please help. Thank you.

Go to Editview/Detailview, which is inside the layouts. There you can drag & drop the fields and click "Save & Deploy". Now the field will be placed in the lead form.

Please also try to repair from Admin side once you add modifications. This might help.
