Can not modify views and edit views after server transfer

SugarCRM I moved to another server ... but now when I edit and publish the views in the study, return as before the change.

premission files are correct and all ok!!!!

I have seen many posts about it, but no solution, help

IIS 7
SugarCRM Professional 6.0.1
PHP 5.2.14

Try to modify ediviewdef.php in metadata folder in the module, and turn developer mode ON.
If it goes well, check "cache" folder's permission.

i have try all its possible... in the end i think is a file permission problem under IIS...
anyone know a tutorial or anithing else for configure IIS7 to work with SugarCRM?

THE OLD ISTANCE OF SUGAR WORK PREFECTLY UNDER THE OLD SERVER WITH THE SAME CONFIGURATIONS!!!
