Can not open Module Loader any more

Hallo together,

I am not able to open the Module Loader any more. Getting the following general message on the browser after 20 sec.:

"The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log."

I do have a totaly same application for Dev, Test and Prod with all the modules developed.
Only on my Prod I am not able to open the "Module Loader".

While i am clicking on "Module Loader" I am not getting any entries in my sugarcrm.log

Cach and Upload Folders have the permission: 755


Any advice how I can open the Module Loader again?

Try to repair the modules one by one rather than running a quick repair over everything. I had recently a very similar error, no idea where it came from. (backup first of course...)

And since the world out there is not a friendly one: I wouldn't be posting a log together with address and user names. With a little social engineering the bogeyman gets in in no time...

While trying to backup the system I am getting the same error.

It seems to be an authorization problem.

any idea which folder should be writeable to create a backup?
