Can not run email on Window Ser 2000

I just have set up SugarCRM 5.2.0 on Win 2000 but i have a problem such as the following my images included.
My informations such as:
» Operating system type and version: Windows 2000 Server
» Sugar version and edition: 5.2.0 Community Edition)
» Webserver type and version: Wamp
» PHP version: 5.2.x
» MySQL server version: 5.0.x

Which browser you are using? Javascript enabled in your browser?
Also try different browsers.
